Can’t Open .CAB files in Windows XP?

A neat little trick I found out today. If you’re one of the many who for some reason can’t open .cab files in Windows XP, you may not have the right dlls registered.

Simply open Start > Run and type
“regsvr32 cabview”

This solves the problem. I love it when fixes turn out to be that easy!! πŸ™‚

Acer Revo Update

It seems I’m not the only one who loves the Acer Aspire Revo R3600.
I was watching the Gadget Show on Channel 5 the other night and saw them review it in a group test. Needless to say, it won! πŸ™‚
